Blue Sky is a true, full-scale, master-planned community located in Lockhart, Texas, that is part of the fast-growing corridor of the Texas Triangle encompassing Lockhart, Austin and San Antonio. Spanning over 928-acres, Blue Sky will offer more than 3,588 single-family homesites ranging from 40’ to 50’ wide, along with thoughtfully designed amenities, open green spaces, a future designated elementary school site, and future commercial and multi-family sites.

With the high demand from a variety of regional and national home builders for finished lots, Wilson Capital plans to start construction early Q2 2026 on the first 450 lots and offsites.

Anthem is a 422-acre master-planned community in Kyle, Texas, located along scenic FM 150 at the gateway to the Texas Hill Country. At full build-out the neighborhoods of Anthem will contain approximately 1500 single-family homes, an Elementary School and an Amenity Center. Over 30% of the property is bordered by permanently protected open space.
